Issuance of housing certificates
How to get the service at "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation (required documents):
- Application in the form pursuant to Appendix 1 to the Rules for the provision of housing assistance approved in accordance with subclause 9-1) of Article 10-2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations".
- An ID document or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (for identification).
- Documents confirming a family income (except of information obtained from the relevant state information systems).
- Statement of employment or certificate of registration as an unemployed (except for data obtained from the relevant state information systems).
- Information on alimony for children and other dependents.
- Bank account.
- Receipts on monthly contributions for the maintenance of a residential house (residential building).
- Utility receipts.
- Telecommunication services receipts or a copy of the contract for the provision of communication services.
- Receipts on the amount of a housing rent rented by a local executive body in a private housing fund presented by a local executive body.
Result of the service delivery
Notification on assignment of housing assistance or a substantiated refusal to deliver the public service.
